... a bouquet of yellow roses. Just to say thank you for sharing your thoughts... this is a token of friendship. The meaning of the color below is just for you!
While every flower has a wonderful story to tell, the rose stands alone in its abundant history and color meaning.
While in Victorian times, the yellow rose symbolized jealousy, today it represents friendship, joy and caring. A bouquet of these sun-filled blossoms conveys warmth, gladness and affection.
Your visit and comment means a lot, thanks for stopping by :)

Ina, these are beautiful and I am sincerely touched by your gift of yellow roses. The timing of your gift is incredible. Not one to explain here. All I can say is these are like an answer to a prayer. A sign of proof to something I just recently said to myself. One other part to these roses is that over the years I have said I am not a flower person but if one were to give me flowers Yellow Roses are my favorite. You captured these yellow roses beautifully. The depth of colors and clarity is exceptional. I had seen them late last night in the thumbnail of images on AM3 where they caught my eye. Another very interesting symbol are feathers. With my Native American heritage it has special meaning for me. Thank you for your kindness with the yellow roses and it's meaning. These are very special.

@Barbara: Dear Barbara, you are very welcome! Maybe you needed these to remind you that you are very special! Don't every doubt that... If you ever want to talk/chat just click on the "contact" button @ the bottom of the page, me email addy is there. Also love feathers, forever making dreamcatchers and I pick the feathers up that the birds leave so kindly for us. They have a special energy - much more special that fake feathers that you buy in a plastic bag! Maybe I have a Native American link to a past life! Big hug :0)
Thanks very much, Ina! Yellow is for me the emperor's color, the color of gold, combined with white (silver) the R.C. Church's color, and the combination with pink is my favorite color combination, much used by the painter Willem Kooning. Thank you for these associations!
