Very eloquent Ina. I really do enjoy your work. The quotes this week have been a nice touch.

Hey, that's one strange shutter speed. Even stranger that the 4/1000 and similar speeds I get. I wonder if it's a Nikon thing?

@Twelvebit: Weird aint it! Must be a Nokia thing... Thanks for your visit!
Nice image! I love the detail and the background really works for this image! =-)

Ummm. I'd rather have the diamonds... I love the pic of the daisy, it looks great with the sky as background.

@Seraphine: OK! You may have the diamonds... as long as you don't forget to look at the daisies every now and then! Thanks for your visit and comments!
Well, what can I say... actually would not mind both ;) Love the simplicity and the natural look of this "daisy" capture!

@Barbara: Thanks Barbara! The roses were created to last a lifetime ... enjoy them
Very succesfull attempt to picture a white flower against a white background. It strengthens the experience of light in the sky because of the shadow on the snowwhite flower leaves, very clever!

@Illuci: Thank Erik! I love taking pictures of the sky and thought that the flower will 'highlight' the photo. In the end it was the main subject!
I don't mind daisies, they are ,ost certainly very cheerful flowers...but...give me roses anytime!!! I like it that you beat the white-grey of the sky and that the flower is crisply deliniated! Gabriela
